Fill the water tank or connect the water supply, fill the bean hopper, and power on the machine. After power‑up, calibrate the grinder before you begin beverage preparation.
Each cup of coffee requires a relatively fixed amount of coffee grounds. However, the output of grounds per grinding cycle varies depending on the bean type. By calibrating the grinder, the machine dispenses the exact required amount of grounds, ensuring consistent quality for every cup.
Power cable, user manual, water‑supply pipe, wrench, plastic buffers.Accessories may vary by model. Please verify against your packing list to confirm all included accessories.
Re-calibrate your grind if:
1. you change to different beans; or
2. the components are worn over time, in which case the amount of grounds may be inconsistent.
Your new machine’s default beverage settings are derived from popular preferences based on big‑data analysis. You may adjust these settings if you prefer a different coffee taste.
The best milk temperature is between 2 to 6 degrees. it is recommended that you use your coffee machine with a matching mini‑fridge to keep the milk temperature right.
This is completely normal. The machine is programmed to run an automatic pipeline‑cleaning cycle every time it is switched on or off. Water will flow from the spout during this cleaning process.
We recommend full‑cream milk stored at 2 °C‑6 °C. Use medium‑to‑dark roasted coffee beans; light‑roasted beans are not recommended.
Yes. The recommended frothing temperature is 60 °C. You may adjust it by turning the “frother knob”. Please contact customer service for further details.

Please contact customer service if you have special requirements. Otherwise, we recommend keeping the original configuration.
After the machine prepares your coffee, you may add syrup or creamer into the drink.
If the machine has been turned off for some time and restarted, we recommend brewing a latte and discarding it. The machine may not be fully warmed‑up, so the flavor will not be ideal.
If the machine operates properly and you wish to modify the output volume, go to "beverage setting" and select the right volume for you cup.
Select "Cold Drink" from the menu. The machine will prepare a room‑temperature drink. Add ice cubes to get your iced beverage.
A yellow‑colored interface indicates maintenance is required. If you see a red‑colored interface, please contact customer service for troubleshooting.
